high quality as it's EPA 340 and DHA 510 it doesn't taste like orange, it taste purely like fish oil so be ready for a strong taste, try to mix it with a smoothy. packaging is great, no leakage. I would definitely buy again despite the taste.

Blood lab work done at my recent (Oct. 2025) annual physical exam saw an HDL level of 89! Pretty good. 1 tsp per day. Also eat fish, mackerel & sardines. Orange flavor good.

Love the quality and the package. Though supplement in pills might be the easy to use case, I prefer cod liver oil in liquid bottle and so I can avoid the unknown gelatin otherwise there. Good to reduce our inflammation in general and gut issues especially if you went through any chronic diseases in your past.
