This product works well for focus and mental clarity, but I found I needed to take two tablets twice a day to really feel the benefits. It helps with alertness and concentration without any jitters. The tablets are small and easy to take, and the overall quality feels good.

I started taking Ginkogold because I heard ginkgo can help with dizziness. I’ve been trying it but so far I don’t feel any difference. Maybe it just needs more time to work. The size of the capsules is fine, taste is okay too. Can’t really say much about the quality yet.
