I have ordered this twice now. The flavor is neutral and the macros are great. Ive used this in both sweet and savory meals. I use it so much that I mix it with regular oatmeal to get a little boost of protein and fiber. It stores nicely and bakes up well. Definitely recommend

The quality is very good and fresh. The grind is a bit more coarse than the leading brand, so it takes just a little bit more cooking time in making porridge. I bought both brands and will buy this again and also the leading brand - I make breads and pastries and will add a handful of this because oat bran adds a lot of flavor and sweetness. I've also used it in breading. So depending on the moisture level and cook time of my recipe I use one or the other.

I've had 4 other brands if you've typed just simply for example oat meal or whatever they own most of the market and their quality is terrible compared to this brands, ingredients are simple no silicone dioxide, excellent size for the cost, I use these to make dense fiber brioche buns and for french toast as well :) Virtually no taste but it is slightly nutty!
