This is the only multi vitamin I have ever seen where all of the vitamins and minerals are in the bioavailable form. This is a great quality supplements and I highly recommend it. Just note that it is low in magnesium and Iodine so you might want to add those

The best multivitamin I have used so far. I love the quality, especially that the B vitamins are available in their methylated forms that are easily absorbed. Very rich ingredient list. we usually take a lot of individual supplements and don't need a multi but on those occasions where we don't want to lug around a bag full of supplements this is what we use instead. my granddaughters take it when they spend the night elsewhere. I buy it for my adult son bc it's easier for him than taking a whole bunch of different things. this is great bc it covers a lot and uses the best forms of vits/minerals. oh and no fillers which is AWESOME.
I think Paradise herbs Multi has a lot of great vitamins, minerals and superfoods and it's whole foods. It's also affordable and a great value.
Clean. Second purchase this time with iron but I’m gonna go back to the one without it. This has clean ingredients, the right forms of each ingredient, and everything I need daily. Would recommend and continue to purchase I have no need to switch to another brand this one checks off all the boxes.
I love this with iron especially once a month this is very important when you don't eat meat often.
