Within a couple of weeks, the fog had lifted. For the first time in years, I felt like myself again. My mind was clear. My body wasn't sluggish. I remembered what it felt like to be happy. I don't know what sort of witchcraft is going on here, but whatever it is, I'm sold. I probably should have done some research beforehand, but after the fact, I looked up the effects of saffron on depression. Several studies have shown that saffron is just as effective as the leading antidepressants—without the usual side effects.

This is a quality product. It has a richer colour than another saffron supplement I was taking and seems more effective. I take this for depression. I can’t take antidepressants due to severe side effects. Not sure yet whether it’s working since it’s only been 4 weeks. Will update if I notice a marked difference in my mood. Regardless of the reason you take this remember to consume it with some oil to take advantage of its full spectrum of constituents as some are fat soluble.

I've been trying Paradise Herbs' Saffr-Tone for a month now, alongside other supplements, so it's hard to pinpoint its exact impact. While I haven't noticed dramatic changes, the quality and purity of these 60 vegetarian capsules' ingredients seem top-notch. I'll continue using them, hoping to isolate their benefits more clearly.

After being advised I had Adult ADHD a couple of years ago I researched for alternatives to the drug usually prescribed and saffron came up as being supported by clinical studies to help with symptoms and they have improved significantly. As an added bonus, after taking for a while I noticed that my greying hair started to darken again. There seems to be no information supporting that saffron does this when used as a supplement but it does contain small amounts of zinc, iron, potassium, magnesium, copper and manganese plus B and C vitamins some of which can address greying. It has a ling list of other potential benefits as well so I will definitely use again and again.

but I need a larger dosage to feel the effects. Im taking saffron supplements instead of taking antidepressants. but still, i could feel the mild effects - the ingredients are good.

I often can't sleep but saffron extract works perfect with me. I take only 1 pill with passiflora, l theanine and melatonin

In my experience, this supplement is very helpful for maintaining a positive mood. I don't take it daily, just as needed. I take it with 5-HTP to increase the impact of the herb. The dosage is good for the price. Easy to take, no taste.

Quality of ingredient, size and dosage as expected. This product is cheaply priced compared to the availability and cost of Saffron. For that reason, I doubt the advertised quality and quantity of Saffron extract. Best to look elsewhere.
