great supplement for me. I take it a few times a week, since I take so many. In my 60's and do not take any big pharma on a regular basis, I have CFS and FM and Anxiety. I keep controlled with supplements like magnesium malate and glynicate. Keto way of eating. Keeping blood sugar low sure helps my joints too

Love the ingredients and size of this product. No after taste. Good dosage. There are many benefits to taking alfalfa. Such as lowering blood pressure and getting rid of kidney stones.

I've used alfalfa for a long time, this brand is one that I recently found and find it works well for me. No odor/no taste to the capsules.

I read in a book and have also read many reviews online that Alfalfa is good for not only environmental allergies, but for some folks food sensitivities. To work for me, I take 2 to 3 before a meal or snack that I know is not my friend. Examples: Pizza, Cherrios, Sweet and Salty Almond Bars, Ice cream, Cheez its and other late night snacks. Anything I eat late at night that has grains, nuts or milk causes me charlie horses and I'd be hobbling around the house trying to work them out. I've tried all the magnesium & potassium possible and while it occasionally helped, it's never helped like alfalfa. For me it really doesn't help as much taking it after I've eaten the food, but if I remember to take it beforehand it stops the night time leg cramps from occurring for me. Additionally, Alfalfa naturally has 8 digestive enzymes and is a good source of calcium and naturally provides vitamins A, D, E and K as well. Horses & cows diets are often supplemented with alfalfa, as many do not do well on too much hay and low nutrition grasses. So, if alfalfa can help them, it can certainly help us!

I love Oregon's Wild Harvest brand and use several supplements by them. I wanted to try Alfafa to see if I can add this to my health arsenal. I was disappointed as it did not do anything for my mental or physical well being. I basically felt no affect after taking Alfafa. Everyone is different, therefore it may just be me. Great brand overall!

My wife has used this at the direction of our midwives for her pregnancy—it’s beneficial for milk supply and overall pregnancy health. Will continue using throughout postpartum, too. It is of great quality and we love the glass jar it comes in.
