Im taking this for a while now and while the capsules are big and you need to take 4 a day (not easy ) is the best formula i found for protecting my bones
This is a good value purchase and it is in capsule form which is easy to take. There are other minerals which gives you a more rounded balance than just Calcium. I take 2 capsules twice a day with meals and feel that it is working for help with dental and bone strength.
