Our 9 yo son (42kg) is much bigger than the average child his age and these were recommended to us by his paediatrician as well as the ASD/ADHD community were a part of. He can swallow tablets and doesn’t like gummy lollies so these were the next best thing. The tablets are small (yea bag in the photo for size reference), tasteless and easy to swallow. They work like an absolute treat, great quality melatonin without other added ingredients (make sure you check! Some have 500 times the recommended daily dose of vitamin B6!!!) Our “little guy” is asleep within 20-30 minutes he’s sound asleep. Previously we tried compound chemists, the price exorbitant and the taste was yuck. These work better and don’t give him a headache like the liquid did! I like the flip top lid.
