I believe this thing is working. I am using it and also using magnesium Citrate and Hawthorn supplement. The three things work together really good. I see real decrease in my blood pressure. Only 6 weeks after starting using these three guys I stooped using the medical prescription for blood pressure. I already ordered my second bottle.
my blood pressure was averaging between 150 and 160 and I started taking this about 3 weeks ago and my blood pressure now is running between 1:30 and 1:35 so I'm quite happy with it and I'm going to continue to take it regularly.
I take 2 capsules at night, one hour before bed more or less. I am on low dose prescription meds, Losartan. I stopped taking Losartan for 3 weeks now and been taking this instead. I have been taking this for about a week and it took me some time to figure out the correct dosage. I ended up taking two at night and my blood pressure would almost be normal (120/80) throughout the night. I ended up also taking two in the afternoon also. The issue seems to be related to salt intake. I started to avoid salt but the biggest effect was I switched to a local butcher for my meat instead of the big box stores who inject their meat with a salt solution and I'm doing much better.
