This is the most amazing herb that, until recently, I had never heard of. Besides gypenosides, it's got phytochemicals, amino acids, ginsenosides (ginseng stuff), selenium, polysaccharides, saponins, and triterpenoids. If you're sick, like with cancer or something, you'd definitely want to add this one to your regimen.
