I love Pure syngery's items. Excellent quality. I like the ingredients. It is a little pricey, but nice to get the benefits. Packaged nicely in glass. The calcium helps me manage my PMDD deficiencies. Size is large, but you have to take 5 pills per serving. I take it every night during my luteal phase.

best supplements for my joints. Have been taking it as part of my diet for over three years for my knee and now have my 80yr old dad on it as well with his deficiency. They have aided him greatly and we see some improvement with mobility. Taste wise they are bland and not potent.

Very useful supplement for elderly people, with bone related issues..

I got this bone renewal for my mom after her fall. She is 68 years old and had a few fractured bones. This is plant based and has all the good stuff like vitamin D2, K1, K2, magnesium. The pills are easy to swallow. The doctor said her bones were healing well so I assume this was helping her. My mom said she has noticed her nails getting stronger. It is pricey but it's worthed because of the clean and good ingredients. It also comes in a dark glass jar.
