This sleep aid has worked well for me. I don't understand why use a big bottle for the amount of tablets in the bottle. the product itself is great. the size of the suckable tablet is a good size, and it tastes good. it melts on your tongue pretty fast. I could feel my eyes get tired after taking 1 tablet. I enjoy going to sleep with this, it helps for sure. keep out the reach of children: my son saw this and was like if you can have 1 I can't have one. he smelled the inside and pretended to put the whole thing in his mouth ! if you take these if you're already sleepy you'll never wake up I said.

These have a light taste, easy to chew and have zero after taste. Decent ingredients and middle of the road in price. This is the brand I normally use for melatonin.
