I've used strait melatonin before and woke up feel incredibly drowsy. The blend of supplements in this product is wonderful! I wake up feeling refreshed and completely the opposite of groggy. I've told my friends/coworkers about it, and even gave them some in which they said the exact same thing (they even ordered it themselves).
I work nights and this formula is great. I get a nice restful sleep without feeling groggy. It helps me adjust nicely to my schedule and feel rested.
I totally love this product! I am only taking one capsule before bedtime and go to sleep about five minutes after I shut the light and get in bed. The best part is that I only have to get up once, otherwise sleep soundly all night and wake up refreshed and can go all day long without a nap.
This was the horrible experience. It was totally opposite effect , my thoughts were going 100m/l per h...plus the stomach was in discomfort all night and next day. The bottle is in the trash !
