I bought this product because I am trying to loose weight and I heard that berberine reduce appetite . and I think its working, I have less cravings. Since I took it I lost 3 kilos. I took this together with a probiotic and doing exercises 3 times a week but even before I took those I was already exercising and dieting and my weight was stuck . So I recommend this supplement.

I tried going to another brand thinking I would get the same results, and I was mistaken! this is by far the best formulation of berberine I have tried, will always come back to this one, they do have a bitter taste if it hits your tongue but they're swallowed anyway. love will always repurchase!

I was thinking this was possibly not worth the hype but wow they work and work better than anything else for appetite control and weight maintenance. The only thing is, I feel Weirdly jittery and a little achy when I take them, although does that mean that they are strong and working? I have been slimming down, no sugar cravings.

this is a repeat order. excellent product. did my baseline hba1c and lipid profile before starting on this supplement. after 2 months, did a repeat test... splendidly happy with the results!

Great supplement to help with sugar. I take one tablet twice a week to help metabolize sugar. Would not recommend opening the capsule and taking the powder with yogurt - way too bitter.
