This hormone is amazing, it starts to show some effect already from day one by feeling more relaxed, having more mental clarity and as well improves energy-stamina. It is interesting that after taking it for about a couple of months as well the cholesterol levels dropped (not sure 100% if due to this), while migraines stopped showing up. This is really pleasing!
