One of my favorite things is to raise awareness about lesser-known supplements such as DMAE and n-acetyl cysteine. This is safe, effective and economical. My joints no longer bother me!
First, I love Paradise Herbs, they have some of the best quality products of any company. Second, this is the best MSM you can buy. I used to work in vitamin departments at several health food stores over many years, OptiMSM is known in the industry as "the good one". On top of that, Paradise Herbs doesn't add anything else, like fillers or excipients (these help powders flow through machinery, i.e. putting into capsules). It's important to get MSM without any contaminants, and this is the one.
This is a wonderful product and I enjoyed using it, but personally I now purchase MSM in powder form and put them in veggie caps myself. I found a little machine online that helps me with that, and this is more cost effective for me. This way I can consume more product for less money, and I do that with several other products now too. It was a good way to not just take Osteo Biflex for my knees. Both knees were killing me years ago and I could it get off the floor without support. I don’t take it daily, but using this in combination with Osteo Biflex regenerated my knees and I’m pain free. With little ones I needed to be able to get off the floor quickly and this is a good maintenance product they had kept my knees in good shape without having to be super disciplined about taking the Osteo Biflex.
