I had taken the purple pills for many years, until I learned about Probiotics. I searched and decided on this one of which I have been taking for about three years now. My acid reflux is almost nonexistent. I like this composition as it is Non- GMO. I started off taking two capsules in the am before breakfast and two in the pm at least two hours after dinner and did that about a year. Now, I only take two tablets at least two hours after dinner. I tell you, I don't have the burning in my chest or stomach anymore. I can eat mostly anything I desire and my digestive system works better now. I also researched the HN019 strain and it has been thoroughly researched and is excellent for digestion. I'm also appreciative to iHerb for letting me know when it's back in stock.

I tried many prebiotics to help constipation and so far this product is the best. I even tried more expensive brands like garden of life, seed (which was surprisingly beneficial with gerd), but for the gut health, this NOW foods brand worked on different level. I'm very thankful for this product. Quality and size of capsules and packaging were also very good.

I took this a few times in an attempt to help get things going but it seems to have had the opposite effect on me. It makes me wonder if others have experienced this. I’m going to try it again after a few weeks interval to see how it works and will update my review.

now is good brand. this clinical gi probiotic is very good to consume daily for people aged 50 above like me. i feel this product has help me improve my digestion

I have reviewed over the past 10+ years, many brands and varieties of probiotics, as I am aware of the multitudes of studies and research that is available, science backed, and constantly being updated, and added to as time goes on, because there are so many strains (thousands) of bacteria, good and bad, living in our bodies that we have only started to scratch the surface on all of the positive potential benefits. I came across this Now Foods brand Clinical GI Probiotic, and saw that it claimed to be formulated to help with GI regularity, consistency, relief from bloating and potential long term health benefits. From there, I read lots of positive reviews, and looking at the label, I could see that it was a different blend of probiotic bacteria than some of the other products I currently take and have previously taken, and included some strains that I have never tried, and I then decided that I needed to give this product a try. Because I suffer from IBS and have family history of Crohns, Colitis and intestinal health issues, I am careful when looking for health products that have the potential to help and not cause further issues. After my first week of taking this probiotic product, I have experienced definite, positive reaction and changes. I can report that bloating and gassiness is down, and regularity has improved without being overly regular. I will need to take this a while longer to be able to say about long term effects, but so far I have a very good impression and plan to take this product going forward. Worth a try!

I've been using this probiotic for a week now, and haven't noticed any big difference yet. At least no bad side effects, no bloating, no gas, no digestion. I have histamine intolerance, and there are some bacteria strains that might be risky if you have a histamine reaction, but till now everything seems fine, I haven't noticed any reaction to this probiotic. The bottle size is great not too big as some companies like to do. This one is in a good size so it doesn't take too much space in your luggage when traveling.
