I use this to ward off the flu in the winter, (also clears my sinuses) but it's so strong tasting. I put 4 drops in orange juice, and you can barely taste it. It's one of the better quality Oregano Oil's I have used, because the only ingredients are Oregano Oil, and Extra Virgin Olive Oil. It was safety sealed, and shipped with care. I recommend this supplement as a natural alternative.

I used this for my scalp and for gargling after I brush my teeth. Very helpful if you have scalp acne or bad breath. I did take this internally but my stomach ended up hurting and found out that I wasn’t suppose to take over 4 days straight lol. Once in a while.

This bad boy comes in clutch if I feel an inkling of anything trying to form in my throat(mucus, sore throat,) I take this in a shot of orange juice , gargle listerine, and cough up whatever infection might have tried to form and boom, brush my teeth. No sickness, no sore or mucus throat. This kills all the bacteria but be mindful od dossge and frequency because it kills good bacteria too. Take a good probiotic after or something.

I have this in my pantry all the time. Whenever my family has a coughing or sore throat we take this especially when the symptoms start. Normally the sore throat will be gone in 1 or 2 days, coughing will cut down the time of recovery. I drop 1 or 2 in some of my cooking too when I run out of fresh oregano.
