Calcium Magnesium Plus Boron, 250 Tablets

I’m not sure on this one. The quality seems good because the company has a good reputation. I got it to help with muscle cramps and to help with calcium absorption. I find magnesium to help with regularity often but this formulation doesn’t have that effect on me. My leg cramps are gone though! It may be better absorbed because this formula has boron in it. The caplets are smaller and easy to swallow.

We had enormous difficulty opening the lid on the jar. Finally, we had to pierce the top with a large knife to release the vacuum which then renders the container unfit for use. I contacted iherb and sent photos, but they asked for more information about batch numbers but by then we had discarded the jar. We are unlikely to ever use this company again.

So far so good. Haven’t done any recent bone density tests but will keep using. The only calcium supplement I could find with boron too. Had a strange occurrence with the glass jar, which I prefer for packaging. I went to put it away in the cupboard and the jar basically shattered-not entirely, but a fairly large shard came out of the side of the jar. It was very odd as I didn’t even hit it on anything. I’m sure it was just a random unexplained event.
