I really liked that they dissolve quickly. The taste is good and pleasant. So far, this is the best melatonin I've bought and tried. I also read a lot and it was written that this melotonin is of good quality. I spent quite a long time looking for the right one for me to start with a good and suitable grammage, so I am very pleased.
Not sure if there is a placebo effect involved, but I do feel that taking this dose has made it easier for me to fall asleep. Tried 3mg and 10mg before and they didn't work for me, felt that the 10 mg made it worse actually. I read that 1mg is a good dose to start with, and so far I'm content. Taste is really good and it's sugar free so no problem taking after brushing teeth.
I’d say the value for this compared to their gummy’s is much better. The ingredients are exactly the same but the size is really good. I normally take two of these every night and I think that they are really nice and be beneficial and the taste is also really good.
