I tried MSM powder and in capsule. But I prefer the powder form. I just add this in my water or coffee. It also took me several months to consume the one in powder form. My nails and hair looks healthier since I started MSM even for just few weeks and months of use.
It has a consistency of moist salt. It's pure OptiMSM with no additional ingredients. It has no smell or taste although I have read it has a bitter taste. I put it in my coffee and it dissolves good and doesn't change the taste. The scoop size is quite small I would say less than an 1/8 teaspoon. Good quality 3rd party tested and lab verified. I have only just begun taking this so I will have to update later. Great price too.

Over the years I’ve tried many brands of MSM powder. This is the best!! I mix mine in orange juice or water being sure to thoroughly mix. It does have a slight bitter taste but that does not bother me. This product notes that it supports joint comfort and mobility. It also supports overall health for vibrant, hair, skin and nails. My focus is on joint support. I’ve been consuming for almost 3 now and can feel a difference in my joint comfort. ♥️
