This really helps you fight off a virus. Do your research on the medicinal affects of mushrooms, you will be amazed. Paul Stamets who is the founder of Host Defense is a legit authority on all things mushrooms so I fully trust the brand. It's expensive, but worth it.
I take it more than once a day to fight a fungal disease I haven't been able to shake. It seems to make a difference, at 2-5 servings a day.
A great composition! I use different mushroom extract products for immunity. longevity, detox and energy. The taste is ok. The size and the package are good. It's a quality product and you will benefit from incorporating mushroom extract supplements to your diet with other superfoods. I can recommend it.
Great stuff. Taste is terrible, but a small amount is all you take. Good size. Seems to.help heaps
This is a gray mushroom option It's easy to take
Great quality and simple ingredients. I appreciate the liquid format and the bottle lasts a long time.
I never seem to get enough sleep, so I'm always curious about supplements which are adaptogenic. Host defense seems to give me a subtle, but noticeable boost to mood, energy and immune system. Definitely something I will be buying again
I don’t see any improvement with this product. I’m only take this for two weeks so I’m waiting to see any improvement later.
Thank you very much for this product, it suited me, I like the packaging, comfortable and stylish, I will order more of these products, and recommend them to all my friends and relatives! good!!
I put three drops in my morning coffee and I'm told that's all I need. makes it an economical choice. I ca. taste the difference. helps with energy for the day.
