This powder helped me a lot when i had problems, as soon as i felt the smallest disconfort i started to use, and the symptoms were soon gone. I want to avoid antibiotics as much as i can, and so far i managed to do that. I dont care if the product is powder or pill, as long as it has a high dose of D-mannose, and this one has. The taste is ok, fruity, and a bit bitter.
after 4 cycles of repeated inflammation, i managed to avoide antibiotics. Good packaging,the size is for only a few days, easy to use, with some liquids, the price is a bit high, but the quality is very good
I had a mild UTI and did not want to go on an antibiotic so I tried this and it worked along with d mannose. A little pricey but better than an antibiotic.

this stuff really works! and it even tastes good. the only ingredients are healing herbs and fruits. unlike many other powder drinks, it doesn't have any added sweeteners to make it overly sweet tasting. it's a bit price-y, but it's worth it. and iherb has great discounts and sales, so i usually find the best price here. :)
Useful for urinary health. Has D-mannose as an ingredient which I like. The quality is good and It benefits me. The taste is tolerable . The size of the box is ok and I take it at the dosage printed on the label. I feel It has shown improvement for me.

I’m buying my second pack. The taste is fine, without overly sweet artificial sweeteners. It also seems to help with early symptoms of cystitis. It works well for me.
