Pau d'Arco has become one of my favorite natural supplements. I take it to support immune health and as a gentle detox — it really helps with digestion and clearing up skin. I just started taking this. I believe it’s helping. I recently have had bouts of low blood pressure & I’m wondering if this is the culprit. It’s good quality, & I do t think anything is wrong with it, just that it may lower BP a bit in some people. Simple ingredients. My age is 45.

Been taking this Pau d'Arco for about 3 weeks now and I'm really happy with the quality. The 180 capsules last a good while - I'm taking 4 caps daily which means one bottle gives me 45 days. The capsules are a decent size but still easy to swallow. Nice clean ingredients list too - no weird fillers, just pure inner bark and minimal necessities for the capsule. Really appreciate that it's vegan and gluten-free. Started noticing subtle changes after about 2 weeks of consistent use.
