Compared to other gummy vitamins, this doesn't have a particularly appetizing smell and the taste is also so, so. But the point of gummy vitamins is to come in a form that makes it easy and encouraging to take (they are more appealing to take than a strong smelling tablet or boring capsule). So while the smell and taste are so so, it gets the job of supplementing everyday diet done.

I am taking these multivitamins by Alive. They ate in chewable gummy form. This particular product is targeted for seniors over 50 years old. Unfortunately when the product was delivered all the gummies inside had melted and stick together into huge lumps. I had to try and prise them apart. Some taste fine, others taste a bit weird. I think i will revert to pills or capsules after these are finished..

I’ve bought these before for my husband because I buy them for myself for women and they have very good ingredients and taste good too. Taking a pill, we both dread it and most times just forget to take them because of it but because these are gummies, they are enjoyable to take. You can’t beat that.

Quality is good and clean ingredients. Size is good and good for men ages 50 and above. Got this for my father and he takes this daily. Packaging is good and has good effect on his overall health and deficiencies. He is not the biggest fan of the taste though.
