Ordered this Ginseng to help with energy, wellness, but for me it was too strong. Ended up feeling wired, stressed and with fast heartbeat. Thankfully the effect did wear off in 12 hours. Too strong for me. So if starting, please take a small dosage and see if this product fits you.
This is good quality ginseng — get it! It’s more concentrated than powder formulas
It definitely works, but the dosage amount on the bottle is by and far too much. Not sure if it’s a printing error but made me sick for a whole day after having the amount on the label, then read the reviews and found similar experiences. Should absolutely be amended.
