This herb has great benefits for heart health, it really helps with arrythtmias and against high blood pressure. Appreciated in combination with hawthorn extract for maximum benefits.
I found this supplement to be of a great quality. I personally had the benefit of calming my anxiety. The taste is very herbal but the potency and effect can't be disputed, at least for me. I add it to some warm water and take it in the morning and at noon.
It is a good suplement to help with better sleep.
I really love this motherwort tincture. It strong tasting so i take with orange juice but it’s really soothing to my heart. I take daily.

it's size is quite small and you need to use full 2 syringes to get the effects and for me with Graves it's not enough for long time but it's doing what it should good quality but small size
