I started this supplement as part of a joint/skin health regimen after losing a large amount of weight and becoming more active in general. I'm in my mid-thirties and years of being overweight led to some crackling knees and discomfort in my elbows at the gym. Nothing ridiculously painful, but I wanted to make sure nothing was getting worse over time. Between this and a nutritional collagen additive in my protein shakes, I have noticed some wonderful results both in my joints and skin. I find small injuries on my skin heal faster than they were, and any weight-loss related sagging is noticeably tighter than it was before. I am also noticing much better results at the gym. My joints aren't in any amount of discomfort anymore so they aren't my limiting factor in my fitness journey any more. Pure Essence Labs is a great company and they make awesome stuff. I have been taking their multi vitamin for over a decade now. Very reliable, effective, and consistent products! Never had issues with quality.
