I have been taking the DHA-500 Fish Oil supplements from NOW, and the results have been outstanding! The 500 mg dosage of DHA per softgel is just what I need to support my brain and heart health. Unfortunately, DHA-500 is unavailable, Therefore I ordered the DHA-250 formula. The quality of this fish oil supplement is exceptional, with no unpleasant aftertaste. I've noticed significant improvements in my mental clarity and overall well-being. The softgels are quite big but still easy to swallow. this omega is recommended by my doctor he doesn't get any profit from it but I like to ask him about brands and he told me this one was the most recommended to reduce inflammation, quality is good, benefits are multiple. made from fish, but no taste or smell package is save
