I will say that the taste is slightly bitter, but I guess it should be expected from a natural flaxseed oil. Good amount, not a fan of the fact that you need to squeeze the oil out, but it probably helps the oil to stay fresh longer. Overall feels like it really is a good quality and I will repurchase.
Very good quality flax oil, very good ingredients and age. I add it to salads as well as sometimes drank it on an empty stomach, a teaspoon. The flavor is good if compared to other oils, and well and it is generally a treasure trove of useful micronutrients. I recommend it. But it's in a plastic bottle, keep that in mind, but in a dark container, which is good.
I didn't even know about this product but the fish oil and omega 3 help with cholesterol and inflammation it helps the heart and the taste is ok A good quality product many many benefits the package arrived on time my neighbor use it for her hair the ingredients are nice

I don't mind the taste. I take it in combination with black seed oil. I like that it's only one ingredient and it's also cold pressed.
