I liked it as a salad dressing, worth mentioning it has some strong flavour, but if you like a nutty flavour than thats a good choice. Firstly I thought it’s too small size, but it’a actually so intense you don’t need much of it to be added.

I take 15ml of this oil 2 times a week and also apply it on my scalp along side other oil mixtures. I apply it mostly around my edges to regrow some hair. It does taste it nuts, it okay I like it. The quality is good. I do recommend it if you don’t mind the price.
