So I got this at the fourth day of my 'medium~severe' rash breakout. (I would say my itches are seasonal allergies and it comes in forms of urticaria and eczema) I would say this relieves my itches and in a pleasant way. I'm not sure if it is I am recovering because it is shifting towards a sunny weather or it is because my immune system is recovering, but at least with natural tablet I'm not itching that hard with like (4-6 hour per tablet? dosage). Also it tastes good when it slowly dissolves in mouth:) Just fyi I have been using Loratadine before this --- the classical solution. Loratadine was effective but it wears off after a few hours :/ Considering that the dosage suggestion of Loratadine is 1 tablet per day, I will go with this BHI one, which I can take multiple tablets as needed daily. btw I am also taking vitamin C drinks and the Echinacea capsules if the information helps. Wasn't a big fan of natural remedies but now I am.

The composition is better than regular allergy medicine. And they really work. But since my child has a very strong allergy, I had to take it all day non-stop. It's a bit tiring.

one pill works less than 30 min. I took it for minor allergy rush i get on my face from time to time when the season changes. it doesn't make me sleepy. good quality medium size pill.
