This is a great overall brain supplement. It helps with memory, clarity, even helps you make better decisions because it helps with impulse control. It doesn't have a bitter taste, so it's palatable. I definitely see an improvement when I take it. The only downside is you have to take a break from it periodically because it contains a natural component that builds up in the liver. There are different ways to do this. Take for 3 months and take a break on the 4th month, or take for 3 weeks and take a break on the 4th week. This supplement is of great quality.

Sage leaf is good for femal hormones, but not suitable for men in big dosage. The quality and taste is good, I take few drops immediately and followed with cup of water and that's it. I don't recommend getting the whole 1 ml daily bcz it's concentrated extract .
