I bought this after watching a webinar about how women going through, and have low levels of testosterone, should take this supplement. it might be a placebo thing, but I've been constantly working out for 2 weeks now, on my third week of use, and I will say I still rely on caffeine for a pick me up, but overall no complaints I feel good 👍 I definitely think it's good quality, good dosage, and good ingredients
