I choose this item when I need to take the edge off my pain. I only need to rub in a little of this natural pain reliever. It is non smelling and works immediately and gives me a short relief period. I can reapply it if needed but I rarely need to do it again. I have been a user for several years. It's always in my cabinet just in case. Know that everyone reacts differently to different things. But this is a keeper for me.

This was available in cream instead of gel. I prefer the gel as it completely rubs in, seems to take longer to rub the cream in but still works. I purchased it when they were on sale. No regrets, same wonderful product.
