Take a teaspoon of this every morning on an empty stomach and before i go to bed. Recomended dosage is 1 wich wouldngive you 32 servings. So pretty decent size bottle. Has the same ingredient as essiac tea. Tastes good . In my experience NOW has good quality products but have to get back on if i get any benefit taking it
This is the real deal! Couldn't make it better if you grew and harvested all the herbs yourself. It will clean you out in the best way if taken daily for a few weeks. Buy more than one bottle!
