My favourite B12. It has a taste of a raspberry. It dissolves in a mouth very fast, feels like you are eating sweets. I really recommend these vitamins, they do their job, keep my level of b12 good. I purchased this to alternate with another expensive brand but I find that this one provides more energy. I notice the effects immediately and I think they have really high potency. I've been dealing with a lot of fatigue for years and since doctors can never figure out what's wrong I decided to try this. It's not a cure but certainly helps!
Such an amazing product when you are B12 deficient! Though I would advise you to only consume B12 when indicated by your doctor or when you are absolutely sure you need to supplement. I made the mistake some years ago to take B12 thinking I was deficient (I wasn't) and I had the worst acne breakout, so be careful.
Vitamin B12 is not naturally occurring in vegetarian diet. Essential vitamin with Folic acid added dissolves under tongue to provide essential daily nutrients. I have used Deva brand for a number of years. very satisfied.
Great taste and quality. The small size pill dissolves easily under the tongue. I'm glad it has folic acid which is effective for your hair. High potecy, my energy level seem to last longer.
