We ordered according to the recommendations and just started taking it, only one thing is clear: I began to sleep better and my intestines are not seething... the quality of the ingredients reflects well on health in general, the package size is designed for 1-1.5 months of use, the benefits should clearly be for digestion and the intestinal microbiome...
