Not much to say about this one aside from that it works like a charm! Pros: - NOT POWDERED husks - No additives, sweeteners, colorants - Mixes relatively well - Good value - Minimal taste change - Most importantly, it works for me Cons: - Can be a pain to clean up if you let residual husks dry in a bottle/cup/spoon specially a straw! - Part of the husks tend to float but eventually they mix in. I usually shake or blend them. - If you let the mixture sit for a few minutes it will get pretty thick. I'm sure everyone who uses these products know this though. I've been using Psyllium husks for a few years and switched to this particular brand almost a year ago. My only use is to regularize bowel movement. I'm not sure if I just don't notice, but it doesn't fill me up nor does it make me less hungry. I have a about a tablespoon every morning. Will buy again for sure

Started using this 2X a day(a.m. and p.m.) and it started working the next day.I've tried everything on the shelf at Walmart and trust me, this is the only way to "GO".Started on Wed. and have been regular every day since.I bought 2 bags and use it at 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. regularly.Try mixing it in milk with some strawberry syrup and it tastes good, or try some Stevia in water for a sweeter taste.Follow instructions for amount to use.I used to have to force to go and now very little pressure.Believe me, this stuff works and I am 100% satisfied.God Bless.
