Echinacea, 250 Veg Capsules (400 mg per Capsule)

I had shingles 3 weeks ago. I did not wanna take medication to hurt my weak stomach. Bought oregano oil and echinacea from Now foods. Make sure I sleep enough and exercise regularly. Also have balance diet (multi vitamins helps too) now I no longer have shingles. Oregano also good for relieving bloated condition. I am very happy with result. Now foods always provides affordable choices. Really grateful.

This is a MUST-HAVE-READY supplement for my family. Whenever one of us feels an itchy nose, scratchy throat or starts sneezing, we would immediately consume 2 pills, twice daily. This helps to boost our defense system against cold, cough or flu. It helps to reduce the duration and lessen the severity of our sickness. Very high quality ingredients, natural echinacea root. One capsule has 400mg, so it's a high dose for immunity boost. Echinacea should be taken for a short period of time and then you should take a break. I'm planning to use it for 10 day periods when I need a boos in my immunity. It also can help to heal faster from colds and flu and viruses. I love natural herbal remedies. It has no bad taste, easy to consume

I tried Echinacea from another brand and was very satisfied with the benefits it provided. As I love a lot of NOW Foods supplements I wanted to try this Echinacea, too. Recently I had a very bad cough that just wouldn't go away for 2 weeks. Then I found this supplement I totally forgot about and started to take it. Of course I didn't feel instant relief, but in a couple of days I felt much better, and now, 5 days later my cough is finally gone. The recommended dosage is 2 capsules 2-3 times a day, but I only take them once as right now I am not very ill. I will keep taking them for the immunity boost for another week. Please notice that it is not recommended to take high dosage of this supplement for more than 2 weeks. The capsules are medium sized, easy to take, they don't have any taste.

With echinacea and pine bark (highest immune booster), I would not have made it. Highly recommend! Take daily for immune boosting and double dose when you have a cold/flu.

These are great for fighting cold. The instructions say dosage is to take one pill three times a day. Its a natural herb so it cant hurt. All in a all i think it’s a great way to ensure not to get sick. There’s no after taste and the pill size is easy to swallow.
