An excellent supplement to relieve stress. People with cardiac illness should get licorice root okayed by doctor though. It has helped me stay balanced during stressful times caring for a terminally ill family member. I can also maintain my stamina. It is not sedating. An excellent, organic blend of adaptive herbs and B vitamins that help nervous system. This is a fantastic company with organic, high quality ingredients.

I really like Stress Guard. I'm very sensitive to meds, even off the counter. Tylenol knocks me out. So I watch what I take. I do not like things that knock me out, then make me hung over (even 3mgs of melatonin does that to me). I was thrilled when I found these. I can take one and it calms my nerves, without the side affects. They are all natural herbs and that's a plus. They also have B vitamins which I tend not to get much of in my mostly vegie diet. They have helped me out of some stressful moments and I'm really happy that I discovered them.
