I’ve used Country Life products consistently for over 10 years, and the Calcium Magnesium Vegan Caps are one of my absolute favorites. They help me reach my calcium goals, as well as help with better sleep, less aches, and overall health. No stomach issues with these where with some other vitamins I’ve had issues. Great product!
Bodies need magnesium for calcium uptake so, in my opinion, a cal/mag supplement is the best option. This one also contains phosphorous. I trust Country Life products & like that I can intake 1500mg daily with just 3 tablets. (They are quite large if you have issues with that.) I've used this product for decades & my blood calcuim levels are consistently in the high part of the normal range.
Different combination of calcium forms. Brand has dependable quality and ingredients. Should be helpful for bone health for any age group with calcium deficiencies. Has the most absorbable form of calcium in this formula. As a supplement, it Has to be taken with balanced amount of magnesium and vit D and K plus Boron as well to see improvement and benefits.
