I was recommended Culturelle by a colonic therapist over 10 years ago as being the best probiotic and they are still one of the best. L GG strain is one of the most studied probiotics and Culturelle are rated highly for live strain content ie containing what they say they contain. One of the best for healing leaky gut and can also be used as a binder.
I have been using Culturelle for years now and find that it is great for supporting gut health and the microbiome. I find that my digestion always improves when adding these to my daily routine.
