I used to get an energy boost from cordyceps, but I didn't notice that much from this. That doesn't mean the product is lacking though.
I take these each morning and feel they help with my energy stamina and I like the added adaptogens a to helps with stress. Mushrooms are the best. The pills are really big though. But I like I can take them on an empty stomach and they don’t upset my stomach.
