Artichoke Extract, 120 Tablets

I’ve been using Planetary Herbals Artichoke Extract for liver and digestive support. After starting this supplement, I noticed a reduction in occasional indigestion and bloating. The tablets are easy to incorporate into my daily routine, and I appreciate that they are standardized to 5% cynarins, ensuring consistent potency.  Overall, this supplement has positively impacted my digestive health, and I plan to continue using it.

I have bile motility issues and possibly some related liver maladies and have been experimenting with supplements. Artichoke has Cynarins which are concentrated in an extract form just as Curcumin is in a Turmeric extract. Both of these compounds are bile inducers and caused biliary pain and throbbing in the RUQ shortly after consumption (lasting for a few hours) and subsided when I stopped taking them (I tried them separate from each other). Obviously, not good for me, but I would conclude this is an effective supplement. For my issues, I tried Nutricost TUDCA and that is working great!
