very high quality organic spearmint tea. it doesn't really have a taste very mild leafy taste. I love the packaging it's tin and not plastic also the serving size is very generous and it will last me a long time. I just started using it like a week ago so I can't really tell any difference but I'll update again after a few months if I see any noticeable change in my skin and acne.
I really like this spearmint tea. The package is well designed with two lids to preserve the tea leaves so they don’t get exposed to oxygen. It’s a good size. And the tea tastes good. I am glad iHerb sells this purely spearmint tea (vs. in a mint blend with peppermint) so I can finally try spearmint on its own. Spearmint has a gentler flavor than peppermint and doesn’t get bitter if it is left to steep for awhile. It’s caffeine free. I’m a fan!
The Quality of these tea leaves is very high and you can tell from the aroma during the first Use. I added it into my daily Routine as a calming drink, especially in the evening. With consistent Use, I experienced Benefits like better digestion and a more relaxed feeling. The freshness really shows the Quality of the product compared to regular tea bags. Very good quality spearmint tea. The leaves are aromatic and fresh, and the flavor is clean and naturally sweet without bitterness. It brews well even with a short steep time and the aroma is very pleasant. I like that it’s pure organic spearmint with no additives. Great for a relaxing cup in the evening or after meals. The tin is also convenient for storage and keeps the herbs fresh. I use it mostly for my PCOS, will see if I can get any benefits.

It is very good but not outstanding like the one on their Tulsi blend. It is a very decent offering, but it does not feel like you bought something you wouldn't get somewhere else
This can be consumed without any honey or sweetner and its still so good. Tastes like extra chewing gum. The packaging is nice and effective, seems pretty aesthetic. The box keeps it fresh.
