This is a standardized extract of saw palmetto, 320mg providing 272mg of fatty acids. If you are looking for 320mg standardized to 85% fatty acids then that is exactly what this is. They don't state the percentage on the bottle but 272mg is 85% of 320mg. Well all of the clinical studies of saw palmetto that found it effective used either 160mg or 320mg of a standardized extract, standardized to 85% fatty acids. Any saw palmetto that is not standardized has an unknown quantity of the therapeutic component, the fatty acids. I have tried other less expensive brands of Saw Palmetto with poor results. I take one at lunch and one at dinner which keeps thing flowing just fine.
