Glucosamine & Chondroitin, 240 Capsules

A little over a year ago I was diagnosed with arthritis on my spine & then recently I was given the news that I had rheumatoid arthritis in my hands & feet. The pain in my hands made everything difficult. Two friends recommended trying this because it worked for them. It has been such a blessing! It recommends taking 4 pills a day but after finally getting off of years of meds for other issues I am not big on taking many pills so I started with 3 a day. After a couple of days I realized that I barely felt any pain in my hands. Soon after, the back, hip & shoulder pain I had been so used to was gone too. A few months into taking this, I am now down to 2 pills a day & having little to no pain. The good part is that if I start to have pain late in the day, I can take another pill or two because I only started the day with 2. I have recommended this to two other friends for joint pain or arthritis.

I fell and did scan of my hand. The doctor said it early stage of arthritis. Therefore recommended to take Chondroitin. After taking it for a while I noticed that pain in my elbow went away. Which I think benefits of Chondroitin. It has no taste to me and easy to swallow.

I like the size of this product. It has 240 caps. It helps to ease my husband's join pain. But I don't like it has stearic acid and sodium in it.
