The product is quite expensive The smell of the capsules is unpleasant because of a plant Valeriana officinalis And you need to take 3 capsules a day So the product runs out quickly

This is great for any kind of inflammation. Sometimes I will just take it for sleep, because it helps wonders alongside magnesium and melatonin.

I got these for myself to help with pain and inflammation, let my hubby try some with his migraine.... and this combined with multi magnesium and pine bark? Itself the best quality anti-migraine for him! If he takes it right at the start of the migraine, knocks it out better than pervocet, and none of the cognitive side effects! I did some research on the ingredients I wasn't familiar with... and turns out they're herbs thar help with relaxing. Huge, huge benefit to our family bc while they're not inexpensive, it has created such an improvement in quantity of life. Nothing works for everyone... but give it a shot. My personal combo is this, pine bark, powder peach flavor magnesium (works faster) in OJ and a liquid IV or nuun. Awesome combo fir for migraines.

This has high quality herbal ingredients. I use it for headaches at night to help me sleep to recover from inflammation.

I take this for systemic inflammation, so can’t speak to the pain-management benefits. Helps with sleep too.

while not 100% i would say it helps with 80% of the pain i like the ingredients and the quality .
