This is the best Dim supplement ever! I tried several DIM+ CDG supplements before trying this but this is the best I've ever had. It helps with my hormonal imbalance, helped with my painful menstruation. I wasn't even following the dosage properly( which I wouldn't advice you do) yet I felt better any time I took it and even after taking it I still feel way better after several years.

I started taking this to help with stubborn hormonal acne along my jawline, and after about six weeks, my skin is finally clear.
